JAZZ - DUNKEL WEIZEN

This complex beer is multi-tonal, like jazz, i.e. never the same, surprising and relaxing.

It is a winter beer that reminds drinkers of wheat, even after the harvest. Its amber colour that fades into autumn colours is mesmerising. A meditation drink, this beer should be drunk in company. This soft, embracing, high-fermentation beer has a malted wheat base and is amber in colour. It combines the bitterness of a weizen with the roundness of a dunkel lager.
