The beer was born of emotions. It touches the soul and is difficult to forget. It is essential and caresses gently, a harmonious solo voice. Munich malt (which gives sweet notes of dry fruit, chocolate and caramel) is used to brew this low-fermentation dark beer, which is intensely reddish with a moderate hops note.
