WHAT IS B63?

This short name, which is easy to remember, encloses the great love for one of the oldest drinks in the world - craft beer and the pleasure of sharing it with other people. B63 is water + malt + hops and lots of passion.

It is the dream and project of Paola and Antonio, the result of their persevering spirit, creativity and desire to share their interests and experiences with other people. It tells of the fascinating world of craft beer, where simple, real ingredients are melodiously transformed. It is an infinite universe, where there are endless new discoveries to be made and in which every sip tastes better than the one before.
The B63 Brewery is made up of many fascinating elements. It is a microbrewery in which the brew master brews only German-style beers (for now), in order to stress the characteristics of the various cereals used in the brewing process. The B63 Brewery is also a welcoming, refined pub, in which craft beer and food play the starring roles.
B63, the new venue for the people of Aosta to meet in (possibly the venue that was missing), is ideal for pleasant evenings surrounded by high quality food and fragrances. This welcoming and refined venue is an EVENT SPACE with a “weakness” for good music, which becomes the soundtrack for drinking many excellent beers. This polysensorial experience is open to a broad range of customers but especially to food lovers and beer lovers, not to mention customers who are simply curious and are looking for surprises and the chance to enjoy themselves.
On top of all this, the return of craft beer to this town with refined tastes was very welcome…
Aosta can boast of an ancient and prestigious beer brewing history. Anton Zimmermann, from Gressoney-Saint-Jean, decided to use the barley grown in the Gran San Bernardo valley, turning it into malt and creating the Zimmerman Brewery, the second historical brewery in Italy. The brewery, which was inaugurated in 1837 in the historical centre of Aosta, became the most fashionable venue in town, where traditional Bavarian beers were served.
Today, in the same area, the B63 Brewery is reproducing that experience with unpasteurised craft beer brewed in perfect German style.
